A London bookclub exploring fragrance as a literary muse. We’ll dive into both fiction and non-fiction exploring evocative stories that celebrate and connect our sense of smell.

The International Federation of Aromatherapist’s (IFA) are celebrating their 40th Anniversary and will be hosting a free virtual conference for members on the 18th October, 2025.

There is a wonderful diverse line-up of speakers from the world of aromatherapy, reflecting the breadth and depth of this most aromatically healing of industries, from clinical, to business and creativity.

I am delighted to be part of the Garden Museum’s annual Neighbours Day on Sunday 13th July; the event runs from 11.00am - 4.00pm.

There will be a veritable jamboree of creative events and activities for Lambeth residents. The theme this year is Garden Party, inspired but the current Cecil Beaton’s exhibition

In advance of my Essential Oils and the Triple Goddess workshop on 22nd April, I have also been invited to be part of this evening panel discussion on managing menopause without HRT at the very lovely Moon Women Health clinic.

So, I will be donning my professional aromatherapy hat and taking a look at the therapeutic and psychological effects of five sacred oils in relation to the menopause. I will be sharing tips and protocols on how aromatherapy can provide support on a practical and psychological level.

This month I will be extolling the virtues of essential oils and their restorative effects on the mind and emotions in conjunction with King’s College London. As part of their Garden of Emotions initiative, I will be offering a fun, interactive workshop where students will explore 10 essential oils and be guided to create their own portable ‘scent therapy’ rollerball.
