I shall be visiting Rotherhithe this week to deliver a lovely, relaxed session of aromatherapy blending with the Norwegian Church Women’s Institute.

I have chosen to bring along some harmonious herbals, zesty citrus, grounding woods and comforting, delicious florals; no doubt numerous combinations will abound among the 20 or so attending.
