Exploration into the history of bathing traditions
Discussion around concepts of bathing as a spiritual practice and the symbolism of water in various cultures
Access to a variety of key botanical ingredients (herbs, flowers, powders, essential oils etc) commonly used in ritual baths and understand their historic, therapeutic and esoteric uses
Blending mastery: delving into a wide range of ingredients and understand combinations to develop your personalised recipes
Understanding of plant correspondences (celestial, crystal, angelic, deity etc) and creating bespoke rituals to empower your intentions
Safety and self care
With personal guidance and support you will gain confidence and insight to make TWO generously-sized bath ritual products housed in glass jars to take home; with suggestions on how to infuse your bathing practice with magic, intention and rejuvenation of mind, body and spirit!
